Sekonds
WhatsApp, answered

Every message answered. In seconds. Even at midnight.

Sekonds replies to your customers on the WhatsApp number they already use — takes the order, asks the right questions, and puts it on a screen your team already knows how to read.

Set up in minutes. No app for your customers to install.

Why this matters

The messages you miss are the ones that cost the most.

Nobody misses a message on purpose. They arrive while you are serving somebody, driving, closed, or asleep — and by morning the customer has already asked somebody else.

62%

arrive after hours

Most WhatsApp enquiries land in the evening and at the weekend, when there is nobody to read them.

5 min

is the whole window

Reply inside five minutes and the enquiry usually converts. After an hour, it usually does not.

1 in 3

never asks twice

An unanswered message is rarely repeated. It is simply sent to a competitor instead.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them are yours.

Your customers carry on doing exactly what they already do. Nothing changes on their side at all.

1

They message your number

The same WhatsApp number on your shopfront and your posts. No new app, no link to click, no account to make.

2

Sekonds answers properly

It knows your catalogue, your prices, your hours and your delivery areas — and it replies in the language they wrote in, including Darija.

3

You get a finished order

Items, quantities, address and total, on one screen. Move it along with a tap. Anything it cannot handle comes to you with the whole conversation attached.

What you get

Everything the conversation needs, and nothing it does not.

Built from what businesses selling on WhatsApp actually run into, not from a feature list.

Answers day and night

Every message gets a reply in seconds, including the ones that arrive at two in the morning.

Speaks how they write

Darija in Latin letters, Arabic script, French. It follows the customer rather than making them follow it.

Understands voice notes

Half of Morocco orders by voice. Sekonds listens, transcribes, and treats it exactly like a typed message.

Takes a dropped pin

A shared location beats any typed address. It works out the delivery zone and the fee from the coordinates.

Never quotes a wrong price

Every figure is looked up from your catalogue. It is not allowed to invent one, ever.

Shows you the numbers

What sold, what people asked for that you do not stock, and the hour your phone is busiest. Free with every conversation.

Staying in control

It is your shop. It never stops being your shop.

The worry is always the same, and it is the right worry: something automatic talking to your customers, in your name, saying something you would never say. So it does not get to.

  • Prices come from your catalogue. Never from a guess. An item that is not on your list cannot be sold.
  • It hands over and goes quiet. A complaint, a mistake, or anyone asking for a person — it stops talking and calls you, with the conversation attached.
  • You edit everything yourself. Catalogue, prices, hours, what is sold out. Change it at 8pm and the next customer hears the new answer.
  • Your customers stay yours. Encrypted, backed up nightly, deleted on a schedule. Staff see only what their role needs.
Who it is for

If you sell on WhatsApp, it already fits.

The machinery is the same everywhere. What changes is the conversation — a perfumery advises, a restaurant takes an order fast, a clinic books and refuses to discuss anything clinical. You pick your trade when you sign up.

Real estate — viewings, listings, buyer questions
Perfumery & cosmetics — advice, gifts, longevity
Restaurants & fast food — orders and delivery
Clothing & footwear — sizes, colours, stock
Café & patisserie — cakes and occasions
Services by appointment — bookings
Grocery — long lists, kept straight
Clinics & practices — appointments only, safely
Florists & gifts — occasions and cards
Electronics — models, prices, warranty
Bookshops — is this title in stock
…and anything else that sells in a chat
Questions

The things people ask before they start.

Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?

No. You can keep the number your customers already know — that is usually the right choice, because the number on your sign and your posts is worth more than anything else here. One thing to know: a number can be on the WhatsApp Business app or connected to Sekonds, not both. We walk you through it, and if you would rather start on a fresh number, that works too.

What happens when it does not know the answer?

It says so, stops, and fetches you — rather than guessing. Asking for a person, making a complaint, or simply repeating yourself all trigger the same thing: the reply stops, the conversation appears on your screen marked as needing you, and your phone gets an alert. From that moment it says nothing at all until you hand it back.

Will my customers know they are talking to software?

Many will, and that is fine — what they care about is being answered. What we work hard at is that it never sounds like a form: it writes the way people in Morocco actually write, keeps replies short, and does not read a menu out loud at somebody who asked one question.

How long until it is running?

Your workspace is ready the moment you sign up, and you can build your catalogue and set your hours immediately. Connecting your WhatsApp number goes through Meta and involves a person on our side — that is the part that takes a little longer, and we do it with you.

What happens to my customers' data?

It stays yours. Everything is encrypted, backed up nightly to storage the server itself cannot read back, and old messages and addresses are deleted automatically on a schedule — the strongest protection for an address is not still having it. Staff accounts are individual and revocable, and only owners see money.

Stop losing the messages you never saw.

Create your workspace, add your catalogue, and see what it says to your customers before it says anything at all.
